It was gathered that the explosion took place at about 9am today, when the apprentice of a welder brought their cylinder for refill at Zuba, Gwagwalada area council of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.
According to Independent, the deceased were the gas attendants and the customer who brought the gas for refill.
