Supporters of senator Ovie Omo-Agege distributes Saraki’s ‘obituary’ banners

Bukola Saraki's ''obituary''

Aggrieved supporters of suspended senator Ovie Omo-Agege release senate president Bukola SarakiThe supporters who are mainly from Delta Central accuse Saraki of ”conspiring” with other senators to suspend their representative.

They say the suspension of their representative has caused the death of Saraki‘s political career. They held an obituary to that effect on Saturday April 21st in Abraka.

Omo-Agege claims that he was suspended for standing against the decision of the senate to ammend the 2019 election timetable which he believes is not in favor of president Buhari. After he was recommended for sanctioning, Omo-Agege took the senate to court.

This action forced the senate to suspend him for 90 days.

Recall that last week, the aggrieved senator led some thugs to the senate to steal the mace that was later found under the bridge in Abuja.
