Members of the dreaded Aye Axemen (Black Axe) came out in mass over the weekend for the burial ceremony of their fellow cult member.
The deceased identified as Romeo was brutally shot in May during a battle with a rival gang group in South Africa.
He was laid to rest in Joburg on Saturday by few of his friends who are also cult members.
He was brutally murdered by rival cultists in the streets of South Africa, days after asking God for protection.
The deceased who was reportedly nicknamed Romeo, was attacked by unknown assailants, shot dead and was left to die in the pool of his blood. His death has left his friends and colleagues both in Nigeria and South Africa in total shock.
