The Supreme Court has affirmed Simon Lalong as Governor of Plateau State.
It dismissed the appeal filed by Jeremiah Useni of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Justice Paul Galinje, who delivered the lead judgment, stated the appeal was lacking in merit.
