The contract papers between Jude Okoye’s Northside Entertainment and Cynthia Morgan has been released for public scrutiny.

WITHIN NIGERIA recalls that just a few days ago, the Nigerian music space and social media was flooded with reactions following Cynthia Morgan’s interview on Instagram live. The embattled dancehall singer had shared her ordeal after she fell off the music scene.

According to Cynthia Morgan she was depressed and sick and couldn’t make music as fans would have expected. She also blamed her woes on her former record Northside Entertainment for taking away her stage name.

Later, Jude Okoye had to respond to her claims and promised to share the 360 contract between his company and Cynthia Morgan. This move was to redeem his name of libel and false accusation by his former artiste.

As promised Jude Okoye, shared the contract documents binding Northside Entertainment and Cynthia Morgan. The details of the contract throws more light on what the rules were on royalties, artiste name, licensing and music distribution.
