Lekki TollGate massacre: “I established 21 deaths” investigative journalist Fisayo Soyombo claims

Following an investigative report on the Lekki toll gate shooting that occurred on October 20, 2020,at least 21 people were discovered to have died, Investigative journalist Fisayo Soyombo said.

According to Soyombo who said he spent 10 weeks tracing the deaths from the military intervention at the Lekki Toll gate, no fewer than 21 people were discovered to have died when End SARS protesters stationed at the Lekki Toll gate were shot at on October 20.

The report is a three-part series tracing not just the deaths, but also the disappearances and injuries resulting from that tragic incident.

The report was published by the Foundation For Investigative Journalism (FIJ).

Sharing a link to the report, Fisayo wrote:
