2023 Elections: Nasarawa APC stakeholders advocate for unity

Stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Agunji electoral ward in Nasarawa state, have called for peace urging members to unite for the victory of the party.

Mr Bala Agunji, the Councilor representing Agunji electoral ward, Nassarawa Eggon Local Government Area, made the call on Thursday during a joint APC Stakeholders/Executive members meeting of the ward in Agunji.

He said, ”if members of the party continue to remain focused and united, it would take the party forward beyond 2023.”

The stakeholders also passed a vote of confidence and endorsed Gov. Abdullahi Sule and Sen. Godiya Akwashiki (APC- Nasarawa North) and Mr Muluku Agah, (APC-Nassarawa Eggon East) for another term in office.

Agunji said,” Sule, Akwashiki and Agah had done a lot in their various offices, hence, the need for their endorsement.”

He also said that the endorsement of the trio followed their excellent track records in their respective offices.

“They are making us proud. . They are doing well in their respective offices.

” Their developmental strides in their respective offices, as well as their purposeful leadership, made us to endorse them for another term in office come 2023,” he said.

Agunji said that the projects embarked upon by Sule, Akwashiki and Agah have direct bearing on the lives of the people of the ward, the constituency and the state at large.

Also speaking, Mr Ewuga Baba, the Education Secretary, Nassarawa Eggon Local Government Area and the APC Chairman of the ward, Mr Isah Attah, assured the trio that they would work tirelessly to ensure their victory in 2023.

They further called on the people to support the trio to succeed in order to enjoy more dividends of democracy.

The News Agency of Nigeria ( NAN) reports that all the 27 APC executive members of the ward, youths, elders, women and critical stakeholders in the ward attended the event.
