APC charges for love, tolerance among members, other Nigerians

Stakeholders and leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Umme electoral ward, Nasarawa State, have charged members and others Nigerians to show love and tolerate one another for the progress of the party and the overall development of the country.

Mr Suleiman Tafida, Deputy Speaker, Nasarawa Eggon Local Government Legislative Council and Councilor representing Umme Ward, made the call on Thursday in Umme during joint APC stakeholders and executive meeting of the ward.

Tafida said if members tolerated one another and remained united, it would not only promote peace but it would lead to victory for the party in 2023 and beyond.

The stakeholders also endorsed Gov. Abdullahi Sule, Sen. Godiya Akwashiki (APC-Nasarawa North) and Alhaji Muluku Agah, the most ranking lawmaker and member representing Nasarawa Eggon East constituency at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly for another term in office from 2023.

The stakeholders said the endorsements followed the developmental strides of the governor, senator and member in their respective offices.

He also passed a vote of confidence on the trio over their leadership styles, assuring party members’ readiness to mobilise support for them beyond 2023.
