stations increased the pump price of petrol higher than the official N165 per litre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 1.5em;padding: 0px;border: 0px;color: #222222;font-family: -apple-system, system-ui, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol';font-size: 17px\">In Bayelsa for instance, price of a litre of petrol went as high N300 per litre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 1.5em;padding: 0px;border: 0px;color: #222222;font-family: -apple-system, system-ui, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol';font-size: 17px\">NUPENG issued a 24-hour ultimatum to IPMAN members on Sunday to revert to the official pump price of N165 per litre of petrol, but IPMAN says such directive is not within the former\u2019s purview.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 1.5em;padding: 0px;border: 0px;color: #222222;font-family: -apple-system, system-ui, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol';font-size: 17px\">Mr Douglas Iyike, Chairman, IPMAN Benin Depot stated on Monday in Lagos that NUPENG\u2019s ultimatum was misplaced.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 1.5em;padding: 0px;border: 0px;color: #222222;font-family: -apple-system, system-ui, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol';font-size: 17px\">He emphasised that NUPENG as a union had no powers to take over the duties of regulatory agencies in the petroleum sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 1.5em;padding: 0px;border: 0px;color: #222222;font-family: -apple-system, system-ui, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI',
