O. Adaraloye, told the court that the defendants committed the offence on March 24 at about 8 .50 at the Geepee Company, Ijako,Ota.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Adaraloye said that Oselenbalu and Ige being the staff of Geepee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/broadnews\/2022\/04\/07\/efcc-receives-go-ahead-to-investigate-oil-company-others-over-alleged-38m-fraud\/\">Company<\/a>, conspired and stole two bags of raw materials called \u201dborouge polyethylene\u201d worth N55,000 belonging to their employer.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">He added that Nurudeen received the stolen item.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The offence, he said, contravene the provisions of sections 390(9) and 516 of the Criminal Code,Laws of Ogun,2006.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">They, however pleased not guilty to the charge.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Magistrate A O.
