The defendant, who lives in Karji, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/broadnews\/2022\/04\/15\/invest-in-social-protection-to-address-poverty-unicef-appeal-to-kaduna-state-government\/\">Kaduna State<\/a>, is charged with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/broadnews\/2022\/04\/17\/navy-impounds-vessels-engaged-in-oil-theft-arrests-crew-members\/\">theft<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Prosecution Counsel, Insp Chidi Leo, told the court that the defendant committed the offense between December 2021 and February 2022 at the Triple \u2018A\u2019 Venture Limited, situated on Lagos Street, Ahmadu Bello Way Kaduna.<\/p>\n<p>Leo alleged that during the course of auditing, N1million was not remitted into the company\u2019s account and the defendant could not account for it.<\/p>\n<p>The offense, he said, contravened the provisions of Section 271 of the Penal Code of Kaduna State, 2017.
