Kano State<\/a> with criminal breach of trust and cheating.<\/p>\nThe Prosecution Counsel, Insp Abdullahi Wada, told the court that\u00a0 Muhammed Sunusi, the complainant, reported the matter at the Fagge Police Station, Kano, on April 19.<\/p>\n
Wada said that the defendant collected meat worth N30,000 from the complainant with a promise to sell and return the profit.<\/p>\n
He noted that the complainant later discovered that the defendant sold the meat and refused to return the profit as promised.<\/p>\n
The prosecutor said the offense contravened the provisions of Section 202 of the Penal Code.<\/p>\n
The defendant, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.<\/p>\n
The Judge, Dr. Bello Khalid, admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of N20,000 with one reliable surety.<\/p>\n
