\u00a0A housewife, Toyin Iyanda, 40, was on Friday docked in an Iyaganku Magistrates\u2019 Court, Ibadan for alleged malicious damage worth N3 million.<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/header>\n
\n

Iyanda, whose residential<\/a> address was not provided is charged with conspiracy and malicious damage.<\/p>\n

The Prosecution Counsel, ASP Foluke Adedosu told the court that the defendant committed the offence on Feb. 19, at Asawale village, Ogbomoso, Oyo State.<\/p>\n

She alleged that the defendant willfully damaged the plantation belonging to a businessman, Mr\u00a0 Johnson Idowu.<\/p>\n

She said the offence contravened the provisions of sections 516 and 451 of the Criminal laws<\/a> of Oyo State, 2000.<\/p>\n

The defendant however pleaded not guilty to the charge.<\/p>\n

The Magistrate, Mrs I. O Osho, granted the defendant bail in the sum of N700, 000 and two sureties in like sum.<\/p>\n
