\u00a0Action Democratic Party (ADP) has issued certificate of return to its presidential candidate, Mr Yabaji Sani.<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/header>\n
\n

Reports have it that the certificate of return was presented to Sani by the party\u2019s National Organising Secretary<\/a>, Mr Alex Maiyanga, on Friday in Abuja.<\/p>\n

Our correspondent also reports that Sani had emerged as the party\u2019s presidential candidate through consensus at the party\u2019s second national convention held in Abuja on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Maiyanga, while presenting the certificate, advised Sani to uphold the party\u2019s mandate by maintaining a credible political status.<\/p>\n

He also urged ADP members to support the presidential candidate so that he could emerge victorious in the 2023 presidential election.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cYabagi Sani is the most suitable candidate to become the next president of Nigeria, given his antecedent and his current position as the Chairman of Inter-party Advisory Committee (IPAC).<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is an honour for me to be the one handing you the certificate of return as the ADP standard bearer for the 2023 presidential election.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have presented this certificate to you and we expect and know that you will bring back gold, silver and every goody from the 2023 elections.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe urge you to remain loyal to the party and uphold its mandate by maintaining a credible status in politics and adhering to all the principles of electoral laws.<\/p>\n

\u201cBased on your political exposure, intellectual ability and capacity to oversee IPAC and also as the National Chairman of our great party, we believe you are fit for the job,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Maiyanga stressed the need for the presidential candidate and ADP to synergise and strategise for the party\u2019s victory in 2023.<\/p>\n

Sani, after receiving the certificate of return, said that his emergence through consensus as the party flag bearer showed that the party was united in purpose.<\/p>\n

He said that he was honoured to receive the party\u2019s flag for the election, promising to live up to the expectations of the party and Nigerians, if elected as president<\/p>\n

He appealed for the support of the ADP family and Nigerians in order to emerge victorious in 2023.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis certificate of return is the beginning of great things that will transform the lives of Nigerians, and I promise not to disappoint ADP and Nigerians.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf elected as president, I will revive the nation\u2019s economy, because everything that we need to be great as a country has been given to us by God in abundance.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will ensure that Nigeria is no longer described as a developing economy, but as a developed nation in Africa and beyond.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will ensure that basic amenities are provided; that our economy is revived and insecurity tackled. I will also ensure that the productive sector of the economy is properly managed by good leaders, not corrupt ones,\u201d Sani said.<\/p>\n
