Delegates to the ongoing All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abuja have expressed optimism that the party will come out stronger and more united after Tuesday\u2019s Special National Convention.<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/header>\n
\n

Reports have it that the party has scheduled its special national convention<\/a> to elect a presidential flag bearer from June 6 to June 8.<\/p>\n

A cross section of the delegates told our correspondent on Tuesday at Eagle Square, venue of the historic event that they were hopeful that the party would also win the 2023 general elections.<\/a><\/p>\n

Alhaji Sama\u2019ila Ibrahim, from Kano State said, \u201cAPC will be more united after the primary election.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is because, the leaders and members of the party are real patriots, committed to the growth and development of democracy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr John Also, a delegate from Oyo State also told our correspondent that, \u201cI am not in anyway apprehensive as the exercise will be successfully conducted.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the end, we will have a credible torch bearer who will by the special grace of God succeed President Muhammadu Buhari.NASS to Engage Stakeholders on Amended Electoral Bill after Meeting President Muhammadu Buhari<\/a><\/p>\n
