O. Adeyemi, convicted and sentenced the duo without an option of fine.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Earlier, the prosecutor, Insp E. O. Adaraloye, told the court that the convicts, whose addresses were not provided, and others still at large, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/broadnews\/2022\/05\/08\/insecurity-buratai-calls-for-combine-efforts-to-have-strong-committed-institution\/\">committed<\/a> the offences on May 25 at\u00a0 9.00 a.m.\u00a0 behind Garage, Sango-Ota.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Adaraloye said that the convicts conspired and conducted themselves in a manner likely to cause breach of peace by intimidating and assaulting the complainant, Atinuke Agbajeola, with fist blows.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">He said that the offences contravened Sections 351, 390(9) and 516 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Ogun, 2006.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0An Ota Magistrates\u2019 Court in Ogun on Thursday sentenced two men, Lekan Toba and Alayemi Bamidele, to three months\u2019 imprisonment each, for punching a woman and causing breach of peace.
