An Ilorin based legal practitioner<\/a>, Mr Olamilekan Suleman, has advised the public to change their perspective on Nigeria being the worst country in the world.<\/p>\n

Suleman, who gave the advice in Ilorin on Friday in an interview with our correspondent, said the country is naturally blessed and not as terrible as many Nigerians portrayed it.<\/p>\n

According to him, Nigeria is still an exemplary country to some other nations.<\/p>\n

\u201cMany Nigerians do not see anything good in the country and they continue to label it the worst country<\/a>. It is not so.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe need to change our perception about our country and stop giving it bad names to the world.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo country is perfect. Let us stop exposing our country to other nations. It is giving us bad names at the international level,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The lawyer, however, called for public re-orientation and change of mentality about Nigeria.<\/p>\n

He also called on youths to appreciate their country and stop using social media to sell their country cheap or giving their country bad image.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
