Manager of Suzuki by CFAO Nigeria in a Statement on Wednesday, said the product powered by ETAP\u2019s game-changing application would enable car owners to buy insurance in 90 seconds and complete their claims in three minutes or less .<\/p>\n<p>Diouf stated that Nigerian drivers would also be rewarded for good driving and avoiding accidents.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSuzuki by CFAO has embedded insurance into the buying process of each car, removing the need for any additional effort to get insured.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are excited to partner with ETAP to drive the adoption of much-needed insurance for Nigerian drivers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs we expand our footprint across Africa, we want to make sure that drivers do not only enjoy driving our cars but that they also enjoy everything that surrounds that experience.<\/p>\n<p>\u201d Beyond insurance, we look forward to playing an active role in improving the automotive experience for our drivers, \u201cshe said.<\/p>\n<p>According to her, Suzuki is one of the top automobile companies in the world by sales volume and one of the fastest-growing automobile companies in Africa.<\/p>\n<p>she explained that since the re-introduction of the automobile to Nigeria in 2019, the brand had been committed to introducing cutting-edge technology and market-leading innovation to the automotive value chain.<\/p>\n<p>The general manager said the partnership with ETAP was\u00a0 part of a broader initiative of Suzuki by CFAO to embed more technology solutions into the driving experience, from sales to after-sales, and improve the automotive value proposition for its drivers.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/broadnews\/2022\/04\/19\/firm-secures-1-5m-funding-to-drive-car-insurance-penetration-in-africa\/\">Mr braheem Babalola, Chief Executive Officer<\/a> (CEO)and Founder of ETAP also said\u00a0 the partnership portrayed the shared commitment between ETAP and Suzuki to unlocking better experiences for African drivers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201d We believe that owning and maintaining a car should be an enjoyable and rewarding experience and we will continue to explore partnership opportunities and develop solutions to make this a reality for more drivers across the continent,\u201d he said .<\/p>\n<p>According to him, by leveraging\u00a0ETAP\u2019s \u2018Shared Value Insurance\u2019 model, drivers will be able to earn Safe Driving Points that can be exchanged for shopping vouchers for the most in-demand retail outlets, fuel, cinema, concert tickets and other exciting experiences.<\/p>\n<p>Babalola stated that there was\u00a0 also a leaderboard where drivers were gamified to maintain positive driving behaviour.<\/p>\n<p>He said: \u201d Drivers can see how well they are doing compared to other good drivers across the country, based on their Safe Driving Points, and get bragging rights for topping the leaderboard of the safest drivers on the road for the week, month or all time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs part of ETAP\u2019s wider offering,\u00a0drivers will also have flexible coverage options, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual plans depending on their needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cETAP will also onboard Suzuki repair workshops on the ETAP\u2019s list of partner repair centres for claims repairs and other after sales services for ETAP users.<\/p>\n<p>Reports have it that ETAP is an InsurTech company that creates solutions and incentives to improve the automotive experience across Africa.<\/p>\n<p>CFAO Automotive is a division of the CFAO Group that aims to meet the mobility needs of professionals and individuals.<\/p>\n<p>The company provides complete automotive offering, including, two-wheelers, marine engines, coaches, lorries, handling equipment, tyres, and spare
