Adegeshin Famuyiwa, told the court that the defendants committed the offences at Efunlaroja Street, Ori-Okuta in Ikorodu area of Lagos.<\/p>\n<p>Famuyiwa alleged that the defendants assaulted the landlord\u2019s son, one Shotuminu Abayomi, by landing punches to his face as a result of which he sustained injuries.<\/p>\n<p>The prosecutor said the landlord had allegedly consulted the agents to sell the house.<\/p>\n<p>Famuyiwa said, on getting to the house, the agents allegedly conducted themselves in a manner likely to cause breach of peace by locking the entrance to the house.<\/p>\n<p>She said that Abayomi, who was in the house when the agents called, challenged the agents\u2019 authority.<\/p>\n<p>Famuyiwa said that in the ensuing argument, the agents allegedly beat up Abayomi and was overwhelmed to sit on the floor.<\/p>\n<p>She said that the offences contravened the provisions of sections 168 and 173 of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/broadnews\/2022\/03\/26\/lagos-socialite-bags-2-years-3-months-prison-term-over-fuel-souvenir-drama\/\">Criminal Law of Lagos State 2015.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Magistrate, Mr A. O.
