We have spent five years together but I am tired now because there is no love and peace, anymore.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u201d She brought her children from her first marriage to my house. I told her to return them to their father\u2019s house but she refused\u201d, he said<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Jimoh told\u00a0 the court that he also gave Salawuddeen N50,000 to rent an apartment somewhere else but she refused to vacate.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">In her defence,\u00a0Salawuddeen,\u00a0told the court that she refused to vacate the apartment because the N50,000 Jimoh gave her was not enough to rent a new place.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u201cI used the money he gave me to pay my debts on\u00a0food items I collected on credit.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u201cMy husband has not kept to his words of providing for the family for four months,\u201d she said.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The Judge, Malam Rilwanu Kyaudai, adjourned the matter until Sept.14 for ruling on whether or not to grant Jimoh\u2019s request for eviction.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A 55-year-old man, Hassan Jimoh, on Monday prayed a Sharia Court sitting in Magajin Gari, Kaduna State, for divorce and an order of eviction on his wife, Silifat Salawuddeen.
