Mrs Amina Cholla, a public servant has begged a Customary Court in Nyanya, Abuja on Friday to stop her husband, Yang, from poisoning the children\u2019s mind against her.<\/p>\n

Cholla, who resides in Nasarawa, made this appeal while defending herself in a divorce petition<\/a> filed by her husband.<\/p>\n

My husband has been poisoning the children\u2019s mind to destroy me, Whenever they are with me and see their father approaching they\u00a0 keep their distance as if I\u2019m a stranger and when they see me the following day, they won\u2019t even greet me.<\/p>\n

I pray this honorable court to order my Husband to stop instigating the children against me. They are all I have now, she said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

However, the respondent begged the court to order her husband not to evict her from the house pending when she rents another apartment by the end of November.<\/p>\n

The husband, Yang, who was present in court denied instigating the children against his wife.<\/p>\n

I only told children that they will not inherit anything from their mother since we are already separated, he said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Doocivir Yawe, the presiding judge, advised the couple to not involve their children in the misunderstanding between them.<\/p>\n

He also ordered Yang not to evict his wife from the house until Nov. 30.<\/p>\n
