Nigerian superstar, Davido, has gushed over his performance in the just released ‘Coming 2 America’, a Hollywood comedy movie by renowned American thespian, Eddie Murphy.
The ‘Fall’ singer made a cameo appearance in the blockbuster film where he performed his 2018 hit track, ‘Assurance’ at a wedding scene.
Davido, out of excitement, took a footage of himself watching his performance in the movie, shared it on his official Instagram page to appreciate Eddie Murphy and others involved in the comedy project.
The ‘Fia’ crooner said he is proud to have featured in the movie. He wrote; “It was an absolute pleasure sharing a set with a few legends that held the key to my childhood laughs.
“The sheer effort, work ethic and attention that goes into detail in creating art like this, is way more astounding than I could ever imagine. I had to experience it to understand. Thank you @amazonstudios!! It was an absolute pleasure and I’d do it all over again! Coming 2 America out now! Everyone go watch it!! Tag your favourite boy when you see him.”
Tiwa Savage, Tekno, Larry Gaaga and Alpha P’s songs also featured in the soundtrack of ‘Coming 2 America’.
