There’s no soap anywhere, you have to work for your own soap – Obi Cubana

Chairman of Cabana Group, Obinna Iyiegbu popularly known as Obi Cubana has advised aspiring Nigerians to work hard as there’s no such thing as “soap cutting” in life.

WITHIN NIGERIA had reported that the billionaire club owner became talk of the town after he buried his late mother, Ezzine Iyiegbu in grand style, in what many have called a lavish display of wealth over the weekend in Oba, Idemili-South Local Government rea of Anambra State.

Speaking during an interview, Obi Cubana said people who want to be successful should never stop working hard towards achieving their goals.

Dishing out success- tips for greatness, he said such people must exhibit patience, diligence, being hardworking and having integrity in all they do.

The 46-year-old admonished people to stop thinking of getting rich overnight because success doesn’t happen overnight.

The political science graduate from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka said social media made it look like he became a successful man overnight, adding that his business has been in existence for 13 years

“You have to look at the story behind the success. Success doesn’t happen overnight. You have to work very hard, you have to follow the process. There’s no free money out there. There’s nothing like soap anywhere to cut, you have to work for your own soap.

“What the world lacks these days is integrity. You have to keep to your word. If you have business agreement with people, with establishment, with brands, you have to as much as possible respect that,” he said.
