On Tuesday, Veteran Nollywood actor Adebayo Salami, buried his mother in Ilorin Kwara State. As they honoured the deceased on Monday 9th of August with an Artistes night show, which was followed by the 8th day firdaus prayer and final burial ceremony which held on Tuesday 10th of August 2021.
We recall that over a week ago precisely 3rd of August 2021, that “Oga Bello” as fondly called announced the death of his mother Alhaja Aishat Ayoka Abdulkareem Gbogunlori, on his verified Instagram handle as consolatory messages pour in for him.
Meanwhile some popular faces in the Yoruba movie industry all turned up in style to grace the occasion of their colleague which was held in Ilorin, Kwara State.
Top Nollywood stars such as Faithia Balogun, Muyiwa Ademola, Jide Kosoko, Dele Odule, Baba Tee, Okunu, Jaiyeola Kuti, Toyin Tomato, Awoyemi Bukola, Bolaji Amusan and many others were all in attendance.
The grand children of the deceased, who are children to “Oga Bello” like Femi Adebayo, Sodiq Adebayo were also present at the burial ceremony.
