Nollywood actor, Alex Ekubo has written an open letter to the year 2022, asking it to send its ‘user manual’ ahead of time as we approach the new year.
It is no longer news as quite a number of shocking events have rocked Nigeria as a nation from 2020 to 2021 ranging from the Covid-19 and its variants, to inflation in goods and services, insecurity, etc.
Asides these, many Nigerians are guilty of scrolling through terms and conditions of user manual and quick to click on ‘Agree’ without going through nor digesting the content of a contract.
In respect to this, Alex Ekubo took to instagram to write a letter, stating that we need to read the terms and conditions of the year 2022 because 2020 and 2021 showed us ‘shege’.
The light skinned actor and model dropped a picture with the caption:
”Dear 2022 pls can you send your user manual ahead of time, so we can carefully read your Terms & Conditions.
2020 & 2021 showed us shege because we clicked “Agree All” without reading”
Recall, Alex Ekubo and his fiancée, Fancy Acholonu broke off their engagement 3 months prior their wedding date.
