VIDEO: Stonebwoy bows to pressure, apologises for his comment against Nigerians as he runs into Davido

Famous Ghanaian Dancehall star, Stonebwoy has tendered an apology to Nigeria over his recent comment concerning artistes and the music industry.

Hours ago, Stonebwoy supported his colleague, Shatta Wale and said that Ghana shows a lot of love and support to Nigeria but it does not reciprocate the gesture.

His statement partly read; ”My brother Shatta Wale’s approach may be wrong but the topic of our brother nation Nigeria not reciprocating the love and support it receives particularly from Ghana is valid and deserves critical attention.

“Meanwhile, as the saying goes, we must love our neighbours as we love ourselves (not more than we love ourselves). This means that Ghanaians home and abroad must emulate the Nigerian approach of prioritising an agenda to invest in and support Ghanaian talent.”

The singer recently ran into top Nigerian musician, Davido in Ghana and he decided to beg Nigerians to forgive him.

Davido recorded the moment he and Stonebwoy met and the artiste without hesitation said; ”Abeg oh, Naija abeg”.
