Prior to this year’s valentine’s day, singer Peter Okoye of defunct P-square has taken to social media to advice African men and women on appropriate gifts to get their partners.
The singer took to Twitter to reveal that men and women should endeavor to give their partners more tangible gifts other than flowers, boxers and singlets this year. He went ahead to give them examples of befitting gifts to get their partners instead.
He tweeted:
“My dear African Women! Pls normalize gifting men Cars and Houses or even PS4 than boxers and singlets! Valentines is almost here!.”
And to the men;
“My dear African Men! Pls normalize gifting women Wigs than Flowers!”
