Nigeria’s Afropop star, Joeboy announces US tour of 15 cities; reveals dates

Its obvious 2022 is a good year for Joeboy as fortune seems to be smiling on him as he goes on his first musical tour in the US.

Nigerian music star and emPawa front-liner, Joeboy has on social media announced his maiden tour of the US.

The 15-stop tour would visit American cities like Philadelphia, Rhode Island, New York, Chicago and more.

The Alcohol crooner is also set to perform in a lot of theatre shows. This comes after a stellar 2021, during which he released his debut album, Somewhere Between Beauty and Magic, and Alcohol, which is possibly his biggest Nigerian hit song yet.

The show is promoted and organized by Duke Concept.  While dropping the cities he plans to tour on his Instagram handle, he captioned:

“USA! I will be with you all of May! Tour!.”

Similarly, popular Nigerian gospel musician, Lanre Teriba, known by his stage name, Atorise has announced that he will be going on a musical tour in the United State of America with his Tungba-gospel music group.

Atorise in a statement released has stated that the US tour will take himself and his band to 21 states across the United States of America. Read here
