She went on to advice Nigerians to be careful of steps that they take now, as it could affect them in the future.
The video shared on chef Chi’s Instagram page captured the moment an ice-cream vendor pranked Ifeanyi before serving him.
The vendor at first gave him an empty wafer cone and the boy took it to his mother, who in turn asked him to go and collect ice cream from the vendor.
Again the ice cream vendor filled another wafer cone with ice cream while using teasing Ifeanyi many times as he struggled to collect it. Click here to see video
