The singer featured among the top trending topics on the microblogging platform after fans created a unique hashtag dedicated to eulogizing him. His fans declared today being the 7th day in the month of May, as #Davidoday.
Many fans of the music star flooded their individual pages with pictures and videos of the Champion Sound crooner.
Similarly, a lot of them could not stop gushing over how resilient the singer has remained in the industry since he first showed up around 2011.
His first ever single titled “Back When” was released on the 7th of May 2011. His great musical journey, now 11 years long, started from that song.
