Veteran Nollywood thespian Ada Ameh has passed away on July 17, 2022, at around 11 PM on Sunday, WithinNigeria gathers.
Reports have it that the renowned actress collapsed and was rushed to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC)’s hospital in Warri, Delta state, where she was pronounced dead.
The popular ‘The Johnsons’ lead actress suffered an immense mental breakdown following the demise of her only child, Aladi Godgift on October 20, 2020. She recently cried out on social media about her battle with mental condition that was killing her slowly.
WithinNigeria reported that Ada struggled with her emotions in the video she shared online, but put up a brave front as she explained how a lawsuit was filed against her by people who offered her a job she could not carry out.
According to her, she could not do the job because she was battling mental health issues. Ada added that dealing with the challenges was killing her slowly, but she believed she would get over it.
Her last post on Instagram was a video of Ada eating with some family members at 12:53 PM. She captioned the video saying;
