Burna Boy Becomes First African Artiste To Sell Out 21,000-Capacity State Farm Arena In Atlanta

Nigerian Afro-fusion singer Burna Boy has emerged as the first African musician to sell out the 21,000-capacity State Farm Arena in Atlanta.

The Grammy award winner confirmed this in his latest post on Twitter Monday morning, August 1, 2022. Burna Boy retweeted State Farm Arena’s post confirming the ‘Last Last’ crooner’s latest achievement. “Official: @burnaboy is SOLD OUT,” read the post.

Earlier this year, WithinNigeria reported Burna Boy sold out the reputable Madison Square Garden, which has a 20,000 capacity, and the 19,000-capacity Toyota Center, both venues in America.

Burna Boy has remained consistent with his winning streak, his latest hit song, ‘Last Last,’ also recently debuted at number 86 on America’s Billboard Hot 100 chart on Monday evening, July 18, 2022.

These achievements signify that Burna Boy is already a dominant force in the USA.
