Wizkid Beats Burna Boy, Sells Out 22,000-Capacity Venue, Sets New Record In Saudi Arabia

Wizkid and Burna Boy

Wizkid has again reaffirmed his status as the biggest and the most decorated afrobeats artist alive with his new achievement.

Wizkid became not only the first African musician to perform at the World’s biggest gaming event, Gamers 8 eSports, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, but he also emerged as the first African musician to sell out the 22,000-capacity NXT LVL Arena venue.

These are major big deals for the fans of Wizkid because his colleague, Burna Boy, has been selling out different venues in recent times. However, none of Burna Boy’s locations are as big as the NXT LVL Arena in Saudi Arabia.

WithinNigeria reported that Nigerian Afro-fusion singer Burna Boy became the first African musician to sell out the 21,000-capacity State Farm Arena in Atlanta on August 1, 2022.

Likewise, Burna Boy sold out the reputable Madison Square Garden, which has a 20,000 capacity, and the 19,000-capacity Toyota Center venues in America.
