Ayo Makun’s movie ‘Almajiri’ bags 27 nominations

Nigerian comedian cum actor, Ayo Makun is over the moon, because of his latest achievement.

The movie producer and father-of-two who is in the UK expressed how excited he is to be a part of the political forum on sustainable development at the United Nations in New York.

Sharing the good news, he revealed that his movie, Almajiri, has bagged 27 nominations.

Ayo Makun hoped to screen the movie for the world leaders in the UK.

He then appreciated the UN and the founder and CEO of Southern Africa Embrace Foundation for the opportunity. He wrote:

“It was good to have been part of the High Level Political Forum On Sustainable Development at United Nations in New York.

I am also very excited about the 27 nominations of #almajirithemovie. Hopefully this will be another situation to look at after screening the movie to some of the world leaders here. Thanks to the UN and the founder and CEO of Southern Africa Embrace Foundation @iamsindyzemura for the opportunity”.

WITHIN NIGERIA recalls Nigerian comedian and actor Ayo Makun has opened up on his beef with colleague, Bright Okpocha better known as Basketmouth.

The comedian took to his comment section to open up on his longtime feud with the comedian.
