Fraud: Comedian Basketmouth calls out real estate company over N32 million deposit

Nigerian comedian cum actor Bright Okpocha professionally known as Basketmouth has taken to social media to call out a real estate company for failing to deliver on his house or make a refund.

The multifaceted entertainer revealed that 14 years ago, he had made the down payment of N32 Million for a house in Prime Water View Estate.

The project however went south at a point with the company and bank funding it landing in court. After resolution, both company and bank began to spin stories to customers concerning a refund and/or the delivery of the houses.

Basketmouth noted that it’s been 14 years now and he has neither been refunded his money nor given the house or even BQ he made payment for.

The funny man then asked his fans to advice him on if he has exercised enough patience to call out the man/company involved. He wrote:

“I put a N32million down payment for a house in Prime Water View estate 14yrs ago.

They had some issues with the bank funding the project that landed both parties in court. After the matter was resolved I started hearing all sorts of stories concerning the delivery of the house and the refund.

14yrs later I’m yet to get my refund, house or even BQ sef. If I call this man/company out now, do you think I waited long enough?

Do you guys think I’ve been patient enough?”
