Singer Peter Psquare professionally known as Mr P has cited a rather striking example while trying to buttress his point that results matter more than hard work to people.
Mr P said when a woman gets pregnant all her friends touch her stomach saying congratulations but none of them remember to appreciate the man for playing his own part in the process by which it was conceived.
The music star then said the moral of it all is, people celebrate results more than hard work. In his words:
“When a girl gets pregnant, all her friends touch her stomach and say “CONGRATS” but none of them come to touch the man’s pen*s and say “well done”.
Moral: hardwork is never appreciated. Only the results matters.”
WITHIN NIGERIA recalls Peter knocked a tweep for dragging him for showing off his Atlanta apartment.
The singer earlier hared photos of his apartment in the U.S. on social media, and some users accused him of “showing off”.
One Twitter user @Adeshin77971877 wrote: “Show off. Who u help?.”
Responding, Peter wrote: “Myself and my family. Pained.”
Tweeting further, he wrote:
“They use your hard earned tax payers money to buy houses abroad, train there children in the best school abroad. And even go for medical treatment abroad! You come here dey troll me we dey my house for abroad dey do world tour. You need serious deliverance! Ode!
You praise your oppressors that denied you the best things in this life and come February 2023. they will give you 5k to sell your vote for them. And you think I will be affected My brother! My sister I only want A Better Nigeria VOTE WISELY.”
