It’s been 4months – Uche Odoputa cries out as father remains in kidnappers’ den

A very sad Uche has reminded his state government that his father is still in the kidnappers den.

Actor Uche Odoputa in a recent post has said he is heartbroken over the abduction of his dad, Kenneth whose whereabouts are still unknown after four months.

The Imo-born who tied the knot in the UK in July, lamented the abduction of his father in an Instagram post, adding that no one knows if Odoputa is alive or dead.

Sharing a photo of his dad, he wrote:

“It’s really very sad and heartbreaking how under the watch of one Government my state “Imo” has lost more person’s now then we ever did during the civil war including my father Mr Kenneth odoputa who has been taking away for 4 months now without any information Dead/Alive and no one is saying anything about it hmmm”.

Remembering his dad on Father’s Day, the actor took to Instagram on Sunday, June 18 to lament the disappearance of Mr Odoputa, adding that he does not know if he will ever see him again. He wrote:

“They may have taken you from us, my Honest man, as you are called by All my Hero..I don’t know if I will ever see you soon but no matter what, Papauchenna you will always live in US and we love you so much and miss you Greatly…Happy fathers day my father/friend #heartbroken.”

Several celebrities prayed for the return of their colleague’s dad in the comment section of the post.

Uche first raised an alarm over his dad’s abduction in an Instagram post on May 17.
