Hating me because of my 2nd marriage isn’t the best.. – Yul Edochie pens fresh heartfelt apology to wife May

Popular Nigerian Actor, Yul Edochie, recently caused a stir on social media after he tendered a moving apology to his first wife, May Edochie.

Yul, for months now has been an object of criticism on social media following his controversial 2nd marriage to Judy.

The actor’s first wife and the mother of his four kids, May Edochie, also did not seem to take the news well going by her reaction on social media.

Taking to his official Instagram account on Wednesday afternoon, the movie star shared a lengthy epistle where he expressed his regret and showed remorse to his 1st wife, May.

Yul, in his post, claimed he has apologised several times to May and takes the blame for his actions.

His words;

To my dear wife, Queen May Yul-Edochie, l acknowledge that I hurt you deeply and I’ve apologized to you countless times. I take the blame for my actions.

l agree with you that polygamy shouldn’t be forced on anyone. You never bargained for it from the beginning neither did I. ButI guess life happens. You already know the whole story.”

The movie star further noted that May has been cold towards him despite being supportive to her and their kids.

“I didn’t do it to disrespect you, I didn’t do it to replace you nor because I do not love you anymore, no. I have always loved you and always will. ‘ve been a good husband and a wonderful father.

I’ve supported all your hustle from day one, I have been an exceptional father to our children till date making sure they lack nothing and always there for everyone. Out of 100 I have dorne 99 things right, hating me because of one thing isn’t the best.”

He added by admitting his wrongdoings and urged May to let bygones be bygones so they can live peacefully.

Nobody is perfect. l’m not. You’re not. Nobody is, except God. I assure you that nobody is trying to take your place.

I have apologized to you countless times sincerely from my heart. I’m sorry. I’ve always loved you and always will. Butuo nwanyi oma. We can live peacefully and happily.”
