Amid backlash, OAP Nedu sheds light on his exposé about ‘catching’ influencers in a hotel

On-air personality, Nedu has taken to social media to shed more light on the statement he made on his podcast amid backlash from many.

Recall Wazobia FM OAP made headlines after he revealed that he walked in on two influencers having sex in a hotel with someone he knows.

Many who doubted his story called him out on his lies and questioned how he gained access to the private room.

In an Instagram live session, Nedu Wazobia stated that he didn’t open the door to meet them in the act, but just walked in on them. He made it clear that he wasn’t doing damage control and insisted that the story was real. In his words:

“I didn’t open the door to meet them. You guys don’t know me at this point. If you think I am doing damage control.

You all need to understand that I walk into the room. I didn’t”.

Since Nedu’s ’exposé’, he has come under fire from some celebrities who tackled him over his statement.

Big Brother Naija reality stars, Pere Egbi and Tochi had thrown subtle shades at Nedu in reaction.

Taking to the micro-blogging platform, Pere Egbi pointed out Nedu’s lies noting how no one can walk into a room without having the key.

On Instagram Tochi sarcastically reminded his thousands of fans to close their doors to avoid the media personality walking in on them.

More recently, celebrity PR manager, Samuel Olatunji aka Big Sam called Nedu out, querying if he slept with anyone while he was a top influencer.

In a lengthy post on his Instagram page, Big Sam opined that Nedu was trying to tear the credibility of the industry to shred and project female celebrities as ‘whores’.

Big Sam, pointed out how female celebrities like Toyin Abraham, Funke Akindele, Yvonne Jegede and more were making it in the industry without sex for money. Read details here
