Renowned Afrobeats musician Davido, has drawn heavy criticism online for an act that Muslims believe shows extreme disrespect for Muslims and Islam.
The singer sparked outrage when he posted a music video called “Jaye lo” by his signee, Logos Olori, on Twitter.
The video shows Logos Olori singing from the top of a building while Muslims below observe prayers.

Dear Davido, for the benefits of doubt, we will assume you do not know that Muslims hold the obligatory prayers sacred and it’s totally prohibited to joke or play with the prayers. Please kindly take it down and apologize to all Muslims for this grave mistake https://t.co/GphtWHhaUX

This elicited a barrage of outraged responses from netizens.
They have asked Davido to remove the video and have apologize profusely.
