Film Director, Tunde Olaoye, took to Twitter to laud Nollywood actress and director, Funke Akindele, following the grand premiere of her latest film, “A Tribe of Judah.”

The star-studded event, which took place at cinemas, witnessed the presence of several A-list celebrities who came out to support the accomplished actress.

Among the notable attendees were Funke Akindele herself and film diva Nse Ikpe-Etim.

The occasion was further graced by the presence of Ini Dima-Okojie, Sharon Ooja, Shaffy Bello, Ruth Kadiri, Yvonne Jegede, Uti Nwachukuwu, Seyi Awolowo, Boma Akpore, Tania Omotayo, Nosa Rex, and Hild Dokubo, who adorned herself as a priestess.

Tunde Olaoye, clearly impressed by the movie, took to Twitter to express his admiration for Funke Akindele’s directorial skills.

He wrote;

“Only @funkeakindele can beat Funke Akindele in this game, A Tribe Called Judah has every element you want in a movie with a money-back guarantee. I have not recovered from that masterpiece from a Nollywood Maestro.”

The mother of two disclosed this in a video shared via Instagram on Saturday while speaking on the inspiration behind her latest filmA Tribe Called Judah.

Funke Akindele said she became successful because her late mum raised her well despite coming from a broken home.
