“Address Sophia’s issue first” – Nollywood actor calls out Davido over N300M donations

Uche Maduagwu calls out Davido over his proposed N300M donations to orphanages

Actor Uche Maduagwu recently fired at Nigerian musician, Davido regarding his philanthropic move.

Maduagwu commended Davido’s generosity but emphasized the importance of prioritizing familial relationships before charity.

He expressed concern that Davido’s significant financial contributions to others should not overshadow unresolved issues within his own family.

Maduagwu specifically mentioned Davido’s baby mama, Sophia Momodu, and urged him to address her publicly expressed grievances before continuing his charitable acts. He highlighted the significance of family unity and suggested that Davido’s actions should align with this principle.

Drawing comparisons to colleague, Wizkid and Nigerian billionaires Dangote and Otedola, Maduagwu emphasized that charity should begin at home.

He noted that individuals close to these philanthropists typically express gratitude and support for their charitable acts, adding that nobody is agitating or throwing tantrums in their family.

In his words:

“Davido, I like your Generosity but CHARITY begins at HOME, before you give out 300 MILLION Naira to others, do what will make My Sophia Sophia sing your PRAISES 1st. It’s Insensit*ve and Laughable for you to Dey Talk about giving 300 Million Naira to others when my Sophia Sophia is not singing your Praises. Family is more important. Nigerians have not Forgotten everything my Sophia Sophia said on social media, you Need to address that First.

Before WIZKID Donated 100 Million Naira to Charity for Christmas, none of the women Wey get PIKIN for am come social media to COMPLAIN, even before Dangote, Otedola or any Naija Billionaire go donate Millions to CHARITY, all the people close to them go Dey praise them for home because Charity begins at HOME. Dear Davido, it seems those around you no Dey advice you well. Address everything my Sophia Sophia talk on social media first before giving out MONEY to others.”
