Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, reacts to Peruzzi’s legal action against a troll.
The saga ensued after an X user decided to stir controversy by forging a tweet about Peruzzi speaking on his affair with Davido’s partner, Chioma.
The tweet, initially posted by Baddy of LASU, also suggested strained relations between Peruzzi and Davido.
In reaction, Peruzzi took legal action against the tweep, offering a chance to retract the false allegations and issue an apology.
This move, however, raised eyebrows online, particularly after the accused X user issued a public apology, prompting discussions about forgiveness and justice.
Davido’s response following the troll’s apology added fuel to the conversation. He encouraged Peruzzi to ensure the troll faces consequences for his actions, metaphorically suggesting locking him up and discarding the keys to his cell.
