Renowned Nigerian actress, Kiitan Bukola, dropped a bombshell revelation during a recent interview with Damilola Banire on Oyinmomo TV, disclosing that she had been involved in a relationship with a married man at one point in her life.
She candidly admitted that despite the complexities of the situation, it was difficult for her to move on because she found genuine enjoyment in their shared connection.
Recounting her upbringing, Kiitan Bukola revealed that she hails from a polygamous family, with her father marrying five women and fathering a total of 19 children.
Kiitan Bukola pointed out that a significant number of individuals find themselves in polygamous marriages because they were dissatisfied with their previous marital relationships.
“Some people’s marriages are not perfect, the reason why some of them may decide to try another marriage.
“I came from a polygamous family, and there is a limit to what I can say when it comes to marriage because my father married five wives and has 19 children.
“I dated a married man and I couldn’t leave him because I was enjoying the relationship,” she said.

This is coming months after Kiitan Bukola, opened up on her failed engagement to her fiance, Kingsley.
Bukola had announced her engagement in 2023 on a post via Instagram and plans to walk down the aisle, but the relationship crashed over reports of alleged disrespect to her soon-to-be mother-in-law.
In an interview with her colleague, Debbie Shokoya, on her YouTube podcast, Bukola denied rumours of disrespecting her boyfriend’s mother or calling her a witch.
