Regina Chukwu wins best-dressed female at Jaiye Kuti’s movie “Blacksmith”premiere


Nollywood superstars have gone all out for their colleague, Jaiye Kuti as they turned up in their numbers for her latest movie premiere titled Blacksmith (Alagbede).

Jaiye Kuti took to her social media to celebrate her colleagues for drumming support for her by gracing her movie premiere.

Minutes ago she revealed that actress Regina Chukwu won the best-dressed female prize at the premiere.

The ‘Old School’ themed event which was held in Lagos on Friday night, April 20, was attended by several celebrities including Iyabo Ojo, Mercy Aigbe, Odunlade Adekola, Eniola Ajao, Regina Chukwu, Bimbo Oshin, Lizzy Anjorin, Jide Awobona and Yemi Solade.

At the end of the event, Regina Chukwu was announced as the best-dressed female while Jide Awobona won the best-dressed male but he had already left the venue, hence, the prize was given to someone else.

Jaiye Kuti who announced Regina as best dressed also revealed that she had won a cash prize of N250k.

Regina shared a video of herself on Instagram, rocking a blue buba, and ofi to match her oleku outfit, with black rubber hairstyle to seal the outlook.

In a similar story, on the 24th of March, Eniola Ajao’s latest movie premiere took place in Lagos.

Her highly anticipated movie premiere, Ajakaku: Beast of Two Worlds, saw lots of celebrities in attendance.

Many had turned up in interesting costumes and to the surprise of many, Bobrisky was crowned the Best Dressed Female of the night, thereby, walking home with a million check which didn’t sit well with many.
