The Miami celebration, which came after the couple’s colourful 2024 traditional wedding, was nothing short of spectacular.

Speaking on the scale of the event, Davido didn’t hold back.

“We spent $3.7m in cash. You should know what we are doing. It’s crazy,”

he told guests, confirming that the wedding was as extravagant as it was emotional.

The much-talked-about white wedding of Davido and Chioma Rowland was nothing short of a luxury spectacle. Held at the upscale Mana Wynwood Convention Center in Miami, the event pulled an elite crowd of Nigerian celebrities, business moguls, and political heavyweights.

Davido made a grand entrance in a custom white Lamborghini Revuelto, a jaw-dropping supercar he revealed was a gift to himself for the occasion. His bride, Chioma, arrived in equal style, gliding to the venue in a luxurious white Rolls Royce. With her face elegantly veiled, she walked down the aisle to the admiration of guests, exuding grace and poise.

The groom opted for a sleek brown tuxedo, radiating confidence as he celebrated with friends and family. Chioma dazzled in a traditional white wedding gown that perfectly complemented the romantic yet opulent setting.

The bridal party was a star-studded affair. Davido’s groomsmen included his manager Asa Asika, cousin B-Red, talent manager Ubi Franklin, and UFC champion Kamaru Usman. In the audience, the guest list read like a Nigerian “power list”: socialite Obi Cubana, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, billionaire Aliko Dangote, and former Senate President Bukola Saraki.

Adding to the glamour were Ikuku Michael, Teni, Adekunle Gold, Stonebwoy, Zlatan Ibile, and Hollywood star Djimon Hounsou. Davido’s father, Adedeji Adeleke, led the family’s high-profile contingent at the celebration.

The wedding service was officiated by three respected clergymen: Joseph Adebisi Ola, retired president of the Seventh Day Adventist Nigeria Union Mission; Tunde Ojewole, senior pastor of Lane Region Conference of Seventh Day Adventist, Indianapolis; and David Olubukola Ajide, senior pastor of Victory Sanctuary, Seventh Day Adventist, Lekki. Their blessings set the tone for a ceremony that was as heartfelt as it was glamorous.
