Timi Dakolo, Nigerian singer and producer has implored Nigerians to stay\u00a0away from any negative gatherings all in the name of religion.<\/p>\n

The advice was given to Nigerians by the singer via his Instagram page.<\/p>\n

He also warned them to be extremely careful with the kind of religious<\/a> gatherings they attend as well.<\/p>\n

According to the singer, God did not create anyone and envelope the same person that He created in sufferings and curses, adding that God is love.<\/p>\n

\u201cAvoid religious gatherings that only see bad things. God didn\u2019t create you and envelope you in suffering and curses<\/a>. God is love. God loves you,\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0News Agency of Nigeria<\/em>\u00a0reports that the singer had earlier advised Nigerians to be mindful of people they allow to lay hands on them for prayers.<\/p>\n

He warned parents not to allow people to lay hands on their kids if they had been careless with themselves in the past.<\/p>\n

Dakolo is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and music producer, known for his top-notch vocalist.<\/p>\n

He stood out in 2007, thanks to Idols West Africa, the reality TV show where he ended up as the winner.<\/p>\n

He has been dubbed \u2018the golden voice of Africa\u2019 by 16-time Grammy Award-winning Humberto Gatica (Michael Buble, Michael Jackson, Celine Dion) and now Nigerian sensation.<\/p>\n

In 2011, he released his debut album, \u2018Beautiful Noise,\u2019 which received positive reviews and contained ardent songs and heartfelt tunes. \u201cMerry Christmas, Darling\u201d.<\/p>\n

Timi\u2019s second album is a wonderful collection of heartfelt Christmas carols backed by the London Symphony Orchestra.<\/p>\n

The singer\u2019s unusual voice is combined with some of the finest classical tunes ever written in \u201cMerry Christmas, Darling.\u201d<\/p>\n

On digital media, his single \u201cEverything (Amen),\u201d which was released in February 2021, has gotten millions of plays.<\/p>\n

The singer has contributed immensely to the growth and development of the entertainment industry in numerous ways.<\/p>\n
