Nollywood actress cum politician, Tonto Dikeh has revealed her desire and goal to live long despite her battle with a medical heart condition.<\/p>\n

Tonto Dikeh took to her social media to state that she has a bad heart but her strong will to live a long and healthy life, especially for son will continue to be her purpose in life. <\/span><\/p>\n

The mother of one who clocks 38 on June 9 had earlier revealed that she won\u2019t be having a photo shoot nor birthday party to host \u2018friends like strangers\u2019.<\/a> She said her plan is to host a kids carnival instead of lavishing money on unnecessary yearly parties feeding people all in the name of birthday celebrations. <\/span><\/p>\n

Taking to Instagram moments ago with a video of herself at the gym, Tonto Dikeh explained<\/a> that although she is lazy and she loves it, she has started exercising and it has helped her bad heart feel better with just 3days work out. She wrote:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAs part of my birthday gift to my self, have decided to LIVE A LONG LIFE by gifting me a membership to a gym. <\/span><\/p>\n

l am a 38 years old woman with a bad heart, This is not fun, nor do I like it here but it’s my 3rd day and I can only say I breathe better, my pulse are open, my Blood is pumping and I am over all in pain.<\/span><\/p>\n

But I have a GOAL.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have a dream “TO LIVE A LONG AND HEALTHY LIFE FOR MY SON..<\/span><\/p>\n

I AM AND WILL ALWAYS BE A SURGERY GIRL(LIPO AND ALL), but I realize also that all the millions I put into making my body will be a waste without Exercise and Waist trainers, Faha etc..<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are looking for motivation today<\/span><\/p>\n

#LET ME BE YOURS, I am the laziest woman on earth when it comes to fitness but what I have is EXTREME STRENGTH, I LOVE BEEN LAZY, it’s my comfort zone BUT I AM HERE TODAY…\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
