However, Kemi chose to show her medical examination to the public this time.<\/p>\n<p>She expressed her wish to get back in shape while complaining to the doctor about her swollen hands and feet.<\/p>\n<p>Fortunately for her, she is in the remission stage and doesn&#8217;t experience nearly as much pains as she did earlier.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cMy feet and hands have been swollen and I need to get back in shape. I do have pains and sickness in the morning, once in a while. It\u2019s not as frequent anymore as it used to be.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Right now I am in the remission period because it hasn\u2019t been bad, compared to what I was experiencing 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In an interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/entertainment\/2022\/04\/26\/actress-kemi-afolabi-launches-search-for-a-boyfriend-ahead-of-her-birthday\/\">the actress<\/a>\u00a0revealed she had been diagnosed with Lupus and had just five more years to live.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Lupus is a disease that occurs when the body\u2019s immune system attacks tissues and organs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Colleagues like Mercy Aigbe, Toyin Abraham, Mide Martins and her husband Afeez Owo, Tayo Odueke, Bisola Badmus, Yomi Fabiyi, Wumi Toriola and many others have called for help on the actress\u2019s behalf and opened a GoFundMe account for her.<\/p>\n<p>Their good deeds has paid because Kemi Afolabi is now in the US for medical
