The dress code which was Cultural wedding guest extravaganza had top celebrities grooving in their different \u2019owambe\u2019 attires. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Mercy Aigbe was adorned in her traditional outfit, which she paired with a staff to spice it up. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Nkechi Blessing turned up with four lady escorts, Toyin Abraham wore a black agbada, matching cap and dark<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>shades to complement the look.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/entertainment\/2023\/12\/11\/costume-extravaganza-how-top-celebrities-turned-up-to-funke-akindeles-movie-premier\/\">Funke Akindele had many top celebrities turn up to the premiere of her latest film <\/a><\/span><i><span class=\"s2\">A Tribe Called Judah<\/span><span class=\"s1\">.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The star-studded premiere took place at the Imax Cinema in Lagos on Sunday with the theme: \u201c<i>Costume Party Extravaganza.\u201d<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Funke Akindele and screen diva Nse Ikpe-Etim amongst others, were among the many celebrities who stole the spotlight at the event. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Funke showed up at the event looking like a fairy princess while Nse was dressed as a clown.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The <\/span><span class=\"s2\">Omo Ghetto<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> actress took no chances in taking centre stage as all eyes were on her at the event. Funke wore a beautiful gown decorated with gold, a silver crown and a long veil to match the attire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The mother of two shared a video of herself via <\/span>Instagram rocking the gorgeous look with elegance and poise.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Nse on her part, pulled off a never before look as she dressed up looking like a clown. The actress wore a red jacket and red pants to match, with her face painted white, blue and red clownishly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fellow cast of the film Jidekene Achufusi aka Swanky JKA shared a video of himself, Funke, Nse, Uzee Usman, Uzor Aruwe and Timini Egbuson on their way to the movie premiere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Swanky was dressed as pirate Jack Sparrow, a character played by Hollywood actor Johnny Depp, while Uzee turned up as an Emir and Timini represented the popular Super Mario character.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.withinnigeria.com\/entertainment\/2023\/12\/11\/costume-extravaganza-how-top-celebrities-turned-up-to-funke-akindeles-movie-premier\/\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Others who attended are Ini Dima-Okojie, Sharon Ooja, Shaffy Bello, Ruth Kadiri, Yvonne Jegede, Uti Nwachukuwu, Seyi Awolowo, Boma Akpore, Tania Omotayo, Nosa Rex and Hild Dokubo who was dressed at as priestess.<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mercy Aigbe\u2019s movie premiere had the best of the best turn up to support her.
